The review feature is useful for reading the error messages that you most likely skipped by and did not read. Retrospection has shown to be a useful support tool for diagnosing what sequence of events took place to cause a problem.
Retrospection also has a feature to export your captured history as a movie. This feature can be used to send a recorded movie to another individual. Watching a movie is much easier then trying to explain what exactly happened.

This high level of captures is resource intensive and unrealistic to accept if the capture process was to run continually.
